It seems that no matter what I do, my form gets received here, but does not send me an e-mail as well. Further, if I wanted to change where the e-mail is sent, how do I do that?

Your email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) is not in our bounce list upon checking. Have you tried already checking your email spam bulk folder? If not, can you please have a check?
I notice also that form's notification Sender Email is blank. This is one of the reason why you didn't recieved any email notification from your form. To avoid and fix the issue, I would recommend you to use email@example.com as Sender Email.
