    Hi there,

It seems that no matter what I do, my form gets received here, but does not send me an e-mail as well.  Further, if I wanted to change where the e-mail is sent, how do I do that?

I've embedded the form at http://www.cricanada.net/main.asp?page=92

    Thanks,

    Noel

    Hi Noel,

Your email address (n******e@cricanada.net) is not in our bounce list upon checking. Have you tried already checking your email spam bulk folder? If not, can you please have a check?

I notice also that form's notification Sender Email is blank. This is one of the reason why you didn't recieved any email notification from your form. To avoid and fix the issue, I would recommend you to use noreply@jotform.com as Sender Email.

For more information, please take a look at this article: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues

Further, if I wanted to change where the e-mail is sent, how do I do that?

In order to do that, just simply edit your form > click on Setup and Embed tab and click Email Alerts/Notification. For more information, please take a look at this article: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us again at anytime.
