    My account seems to be erased, PLEASE HELP

    my email is redstormz@aol.com and my user name i believe was, iamgointowin. All my forms have been erased on the sites I have been designing over the years, and I can't log into jotform any more. here is one of the scripts that is not showing up on my site no more.  <script src="//www.jotform.net/jsform/3122510980"></script>

    Upon checking your form, I found out that your account already exceeded submission limits which causing the issue. Your account currently have 103 submissions for 100 submissions limits for FREE account. For more information about submission limits, please take a look our pricing page.

    I just want to let you know also that if you reach your account's submission limits, your form's will be temporarily disabled and your users will not be able to submit your form. Your forms will be enable again if you either upgrade your account now or wait for next monthly submission reset which is every first day of the following month.
