Could you please provide more information about when/where or how you are having this issue? I made a test with one of my forms by converting it into a pdf file it worked fine:

So, if you are not able to accomplish that, kindly try logging out your account, clear your browser cache and then log back in.

Well, I tried doing this, but still having trouble opening the doc, it does not let me do it as a PDF doc. After I open the submission it gives the option on the left to get a PDF document, I choose that and then there is a file conversion window and says : Select the encoding to make the document readable.
