Zoom connection not pulling through webinar

    Hi there,


    I have installed and auth'd the Zoom connector, it appears as installed in my Zoom account and the webinar I want to connect to has Reg switched on, but for some reason I can't get it to appear in the drop down list of available webinars.


    Any ideas?

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Have you tried disconnecting your Zoom integration and connecting back to see if the issue will be resolved? Also, please try clearing the browser cache to see if that would fix the issue as well. If the disconnecting and clearing cache did not work, please get back to us and let us know, so we could look into this issue further.
