Is the server down?!

    Hey guys,

    Nothing is working for me on Jotform right now...

    Lucky I checked... Saturdays are usually high traffic for me. Today: NOTHING!

    When I click on the link or open in new tab I get this:

    My campaign relies on this service...

    Please HELP 🙏

    There was an issue with our form builder and our developers have fixed the issue.

    That's a bit of a lacklustre response I'm afraid...

    This little mishap has affected my business at a pivotal time!

    I have 15 link clicks on Facebook Ads Manager that are unaccounted for because they were being taken to a dead link.

    So it's cost me money on Ad spend.

    And it's thrown off my data because I haven't been able to record any leads.

    Or received any leads.

    Now I have to go back to my client with incorrect data and lost leads.

    I'm lucky I caught it eventually and turned off my ads.

    Do you know what time exactly the issue began?

    This whole experience has shaken my faith in the Jotform service.

    Your apology doesn't offset the lost business.

    Hasn't this happened before?

    What's going on and how do you plan to remedy this situation?

    Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

    Actually we had this temporary flapping with our server approximately in some intervals between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM GMT.

    Generally our service is planned to work with uptime close to 100% and if there is any planned downtime or maintenance it's precedently announced and communicated to the affected parties with the alternative routine to keep the service up, yet it's still possible to have temporary and unplanned incidents that may affect the service, so we have our backend team standby and ready to act promptly to recover such situations like what happened today.

    Again we apologize for this interruption and inconvenience caused and please rest assured that we do our best to keep up the availability and reliability of our service.
