Send email autoresponder based on the location

I have a form that is scheduling appointments to multiple facilities. Can we send an email notification to the individual site supervisors without the other site supervisors getting an email that isn't for their location?

I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.
You may want to use the form's condition to send the email autoresponder according to your preference.
I assume you're pertaining to this form: https://www.jotform.com/form/211991165721052 so I created an example below:
Basically, if YMCA appointment is filled, it will only send an email to whatever email I set on the condition. You can do the same thing on the other appointment field(Wyndham). This was just an example so feel free to play around with the condition accordingly.
