    Hi Suzanne,

When you say sales items, that is the payment field, right? One hour ago, you've removed the Product Items, this is based on your revisions.

Can you please check the revision which is made two hours ago with 19 updates? This Link: http://www.jotform.co/myforms/rev/40202131259844/ver/52eb6c6460f63ee60f000000. I can see that this has the most updates you've made and items are intact. Basically, you can choose revisions from the list, and you can compare it. Then if you think that is the last time that everything is alright, you can click "Revert to this version" button

    Thanks

The form in your screen shot is the form that i want back. I did not remove the product items this happened the instant that i reverted my form to an earlier time.

The link you provided is blank.

When I go to view and edit my form the form has not reverted to the one shown above. I still have the messed up form.

Why will my form not revert to an earlier time/

    Hi Suzanna,

It seems like there is a bug with reverting form version with payment field - products not being added to the form. It's completely empty, although, the current version window is showing the product items. Let me forward this thread to our developers so they can further check and advise to this matter.

    Thanks
