Google Sheet Integration - Send data only after approval workflow

Hello,

We are sending form data to a partner that fulfills production orders for us. They manage orders via a google spreadsheet.

I have integrated google sheets to JotForm data so when a customer submits an order request that order data goes to the right place.

However, I don't want to send the data until someone internally approves the submisison request. Is there a way to only send form data after an approval?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Currently, submissions are sent to Google Sheet upon form submission since Google Sheet was integrated into your form rather than approval flow. If you'd like to display only approved submissions on your sheet, you might need to create a table that filters the unapproved submissions in your Google Sheet.
