    We cannot open docs uploaded with a form.

    Hello JotForm,

    We are getting the following error msg when when try top open a document uploaded with a from. One doc is an Excel .xlxs and the other is a .docx. I have an "*" in the extensions so that all formats are accepted. Thanks, Audrey.

    HTTP 403

    Most likely causes:

    Which submissions are showing this behavior? Please identify them by:

    1. Person filling out the form

    2. Project No

    I tested some the submissions uploads (.docx and .xlxs), but was unable to experience this error.

    I was, however testing with Mozilla Firefox - but with the information you provide, I will run the test with Internet Explorer (which version do you have?)
