Remove captcha on submit

We have a static IP Address which is
81.150.181.208
This impacting on certain members of staff work flow how can this be removed? -

Captcha is shown because you are receiving multiple submissions from the same IP address. I will report this issue to our developers and ask them to remove it. If there is any update, we will inform you here.
