Select Province/State depending on Country selected

Asked by wsisme on July 04, 2011 at 10:20 AM

    Hi,

I would like to build a form where you can select either Canada or United-States and have a drop-down with the provinces if Canada is selected or the states if US is selected. Is this possible?

    Thanks

You can create a dropdown for countries. You can create one dropdown for states of USA. You can create one dropdown for states of Canada. You should put a conditional on the countries dropdown. It should be like if "USA" is selected then hide "Canada states" dropdown. Another conditional should be if "Canada" is selected then hide "USA states" dropdown.

You can search the userguide/forum to see how to add conditionals.

    Hi wsisme

Should you run into any difficulty implementing this functionality in your form, please be sure to let us know, as conditions can sometimes be tricky.

    Thanks.
