Form loads slowly or not at all in Internet Explorer

    Form loads fine in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, but loads very slowly and sometimes not at all in IE.


    Please advise on best the best way to optimize the form so that that it will work in IE

    Hi Brian,

    Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue that you are referring upon checking your website using IE browser. Please take a look at this video:

    I think the issue is had something with your internet connection which causing this issue.

    We have had multiple clients visiting our site from different computers and almost all of them are experiencing the same problem as I am in IE.  I have also personally tested the same page from mutiple computers and locations and I have the same issue in IE.  At the same time I have tested the same page with different web browsers such as chrome and safari and it works fine so I know its not my internet conection.  I have been browsing your support forum and it seems to be a very common problem/concern.

    I have checked provided URL using IE 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 through and my PC, but I was not able to reproduce the issue.

    I am not quite sure if the issue is related to some security settings on your side, but it looks like that your IE can not load secure (SSL) content on the page. You can try to reset your IE settings and check the page again. Also, you might consider trying non-ssl version of the form on your page.

    I also am experiencing the same problem with JotForm not loading in IE browser. It loads fine in Google Chrome, but on Internet Explorer it will load halfway, then disappear and never load, leaving the page blank. There is a problem with JotForm loading in Internet Explorer. My URL for this form on my website is
