PayPal form: Allow payments without PayPal account

Asked by sbhamilton68 on February 03, 2014 at 01:57 PM

Saw that this was just asked a couple of weeks ago...but I didn't see a resolution and am starting a new thread as instructed.

I've embedded the email address for our PayPal account into the form, but when people click "submit form" it goes to a general login page for PayPal, without any option to pay with a credit card without having to set up a PayPal account.

Is there a setting you know of on your end, or on PayPal's end, so that when the user clicks on "submit form" that they get directed to a PayPal page where they can enter credit card information without having to have a PayPal account/login?

    Thanks so much

    Thank you for contacting us.

I think that you will need to enable a 'PayPal Account Optional' option under your PayPal account. Please see the following tutorial:
