I can't get to my online orders

    not showing me the submissions on my order form

    I can view the form fine here. I can also view your form submissions when I checked it on your account. Did you mean you are not receiving submissions notification on your email? We would appreciate if you could provide more details about the problem.

    well it finally loaded. though my email isn't giving me all the notifications also, how do I reply to my customers?

    When you say "email isn't giving me all the notifications", did you mean some are missed which has failed to end up to your inbox? Is this what you mean? I have sent a test submission with your order form and according to the server logs, the notification was successfully delivered to your email address. Kindly check it on your side.

    If you want to reply to your customers, make sure to set your email field as the Reply-To Email Address.
