I am currently building a form to use for customers submitted a service jobsheet. I need to have a unique ID visible on the sheet when it is printed out. I know that the Unique ID appears when the jobsheet is emailed, but I need it to print out as well. Is there any way to achieve this?
Thanks so much

Yes, you can include the Unique ID when you export the submissions into an Excel spreadsheet:
You can then print the exported spreadsheet from MS Excel.

I was hoping it would be able to be included when simply printing the form. We have set it up so it prints two copies - one for the customer to take away and one for the office. I need a unique reference number to appear when printed so that the customer has something to quote if they ring up with enquiries. Can you suggest any other way of doing this?
Also, is it possible to change the layout of the print and submit buttons? I know its picky, but I need the print one to appear on the left, so that hopefully the customer will press print first, then press submit.

Thanks for your prompt response. Currently, the Unique ID is a hidden field and is not shown in the form itself. Having the option to make it visible would be a good idea, hence I will include your idea in our to do list.
Regarding changing the sequence of the Submit and Print buttons, please follow this thread which youmay find useful - http://www.jotform.com/answers/20598-Print-and-Submit-Buttons-Alignment
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!

Thanks so much for your assistance. Your wilingness to help with a software that I have not paid anything for should be an example to some OTHER companies who offer far less after paying far more!!!!
