"submit" button disappearingAsked by mbaxamerica on February 05, 2014 at 07:23 AM
Hello! We have tested in the most updated versions of chrome, safari, and firefox, but we have some applicants telling us that the "submit" button disappears on the form as they are trying to submit. How can we fix this?
To fix this issue kindly change the height size of your iframe code, increase the height to 2655px as shown in the image:
That should resolve the issue.

Thanks for the response! Can you provide steb by step instructions on how to do this? How do I access the source code to modify that value?
Basically you have to find the " Embed Script " you used to add your form to your page depending on how you applied it. After that all you need to do is edit the part of the iFrame's Script labeled " Height " and change the numbers only which my colleague pointed out to you above. Then after that resave it within your page to make the changes final and try viewing it again to double-check it.
Can you tell from looking at the link how we applied it and provide step by step instructions on how to do this? I am not the person who applied it.

Simply grab a new Embed code from within our builder, and make sure you increase the height
Then go to your FB widget where you embedded the form, remove the current code and replace it with the new updated one
However, I think that setting scrolling to "YES" should also help, as probably the FB page height is hard coded
