Not receiving form to my iPage email

    My forms that are sending the submissions to my email inbox created on iPage (web hosting company) is not working anymore.

    I never had trouble with that before, but since yesterday, I do not receive submissions from any Jotform forms to my iPage email. But if I change the email receiver to one of my GMAIL email account, it works. 

    It seems to be both Jotform and iPage that is having trouble...not sure what to do!

    Any ideas?

    I just want to specify that my email is working anywhere else. No issue with it. Only with my jotform forms

    When I checked our records your email is not listed in our bounce list and our logs shows a successfull submission. Have you tried opening mail through a webmail like Open-Xchange server? If you are using OX webmail you mail login through this link and check your inbox if the notifications from jotform was received. Under mail central you might also want to check your spam settings and add or whitelist Jotforms email.

    Yes I have tried using the webmail, (Open Xchange), and still not received.


    I contacted iPage, and they said they will investigate on this, but they don't understand why it's not working since my email is working correctly for normal use...the only thing that is not working well is the Jotform forms.

    Have you checked the SPAM folder under Open Xchange?

    Are the emails there?

    We can assure you that the mails went out - and none bounced back.

    Hi! thanks for your answer.

    There's nothing in the Spam box. My emails settings are set that there's no spam filter.

    I do not sign up on alot of website with that email, so I don't get a lot of unwanted emails.

    Any other ideas?

    By the way, someone just sent me a payment though a paypal form, and I did not received any emails for confirmation. Not even from Paypal, but I received the money in my paypal account.

    Thanks for the additional information.

    It maight be something wrong related to your email address as our mail logs the emails have been sent as my collegue showed. Not receiving notification from paypal is also weird. So, in order to determine if the issue has something to do with Jotform or with an external element kindly try setting up an account with Mandrill and then request your SMTP credentials so that you can use it to add your custom sender email in the notification of your form. You can learn how to create a Mandrill account and request SMTP credentials by following this guide: How to use Mandrill to Send Emails From Your Own Email Address

    That will allow you to send the emails form your own SMTP servers and not ours.

    After that kindly test your form and inform us if the issue still persists.

    Thanks I will try that!

    But iPage just told me that they are expenriencing issues with their email server.

    I guess that's why it's not working well.
