Is there a way to not have the submission date and time show up when creating .pdf versions of form submissions?Asked by kkoskos on February 05, 2014 at 09:04 AM
I am having employees complete a form that, once submitted, will be converted into a .pdf and posted to a web page. I am trying to figure out how to eliminate the date/time stamp that shows up when I create a .pdf of each individual submission. Please advise ...
In addition, the form also requires users to upload a file when completing their submission. When I turn those submissions into .pdfs and then link them to a website, it appears that users can indeed download the required uploaded files when using Google Chrome, however they are unable to using IE 8. Should I include a message that indicates that applicable files can be downloaded using only Chrome? Will that feature work in other versions of Internet Explorer, and if so, which one(s)?
Yes you can remove submission's date from your pdf. To do that please go to Myforms, select the form, and then click "view submissions":
Then click in the small icon in top right of the window, and uncheck submission date:
Regarding the download issue I kindly ask you to open a new thread and perhaps providing us with the site url, so we can run some tests.
Let us know please if you need more assistance.
