Sub-user Account - Submission email

    i've got a question about the Sub-user Account...

    I added a sub-user for one of my formular (free pricing), and when i received a submission, all is ok. I received the confirmation on my personal email that i've got a new submission but the sub-user didn't received an email submission on his personal email. We've checked his spam box etc... but no submission email...

    Is it because i've got a starter account?

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered. 

     If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.
