Page moving up for no reasonAsked by BMM365 on February 06, 2014 at 04:30 AM
When you go to the 2nd page i.e. page break the whole pages move up and you have to drag it back down to complete the rest of the form??
Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Have you tried already embedding your form code into your website using iFrame method? If not, can you please give a try if that fixed the issue or not?
Here's your form's iFrame code:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotformeu.com/form/40355182403345" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1104px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
Feel free to contact us again at anytime.
Hi tried that but still the same so have reverted back to source.. also.. There is no text in the choose countries dropdown box (as was the same on one of my question options which I had to remove. Also.. on the iframe mode.. it kept showing "field is required" even though there WAS text already added..
Also.. The Captcha does not work properly.. as another page pops up and ask you to fill in a 2nd box??... "Enter the message as it's shown"

There is solution to keep the form from jumping everytime you go to the next/previous page. It implies to use the code while selecting Source Code option found in the toolbar:
After getting the code you need to insert ?nojump right after the form URL as shown in the code below:
That is the code of your form, I got it from your account, so you can use it and embed it to your webpage instead of the full form source code and test it to avoid the current behavior of the form of jumping eveytime the next button is clicked.
Inform us if that helps or not.
