I really don't know what to say anymore. This is the third time in just a few months that my credit card was charged double.
Everytime I hear "sorry for blablabla".
And it happens again and again and again.
Now I realized that you not only charged one of my credit cards twice a month, you also charged another credit card for the same month. so I basically paid tripe for the monthly subscription.
I then changed to a YEARLY subscription so you can stop charging me monthly! And again: Today I get another payment receipt for charging my credit card!
You may consider changing your subscription provider! it just doesn't work!
Please get in touch with me about the refund. It accummulates to about 120 USD since May 2013.

I found 12 duplicate charges. Two of them were already reverted, I've reverted 10, including the duplicate charges in December, when you purchased the yearly subscription
Yes, the sytem has a bug whenever someone updates the CC info, it will create a new subscription without cancelling the previous one. But we always honor any reversal for duplicate charges and we encourage our users to let us know before updating a new CC
