PDF Attachment: Missing information

    For some reason the pdf being emailed out with the submission is not filling in complete.

    The version being saved to Google Drive However is indeed correct.

    The last submission (attached) did not fill in the Ongoing Faults section.

    Howdy DulioDesign,

    I have created a clone of the form that you've linked to and I'm able to replicate the issue that you're describing. I have attempted to create a new PDF however, the "Faults Affecting Show" table is still not showing up.

    At this time I have alerted our developers to the situation. Please understand that we are unable to provide an ETA for when this issue will be resolved. However, you will receive a notification to this thread once there is an update.

    I wouldn't say I'm too understanding. It's a bug that has clearly been introduced recently and should be addressed with some urgency.

    I can tell you by looking at the submissions this only started happening a few weeks ago, so I expect it to be resolved quickly.

    It doesn't make sense that the same pdf is being saved correctly, but emailed out incomplete does it?

    My colleague has marked the reported issue as a bug and escalated it to the concerned team so they can fix it. At this time we can not provide any ETA. We will let you know here as soon as an update is available.

    We are a month in now and there is no change on this bug. It is still a problem.

    My client is getting very upset and angry about this now.
    When can we expect to see some sort of update about this?

    6 weeks later and problem is still there.
