Looking at your form's settings for Dropbox integration and the lone submission entry in your submissions page, your file should be under JotForm > ej noah > d1.jpg

Let us know if you're still having problems with dropbox integration. Thanks!

Hey, please check mine out too (unique submission ID 175607045721928042). I got the PDF instantly (at 2011-07-04 12:44:05) but still haven't received the file. Thanks.

    Hi tourkick,

The current settings you have for the dropbox integration uses the submission id
as the folder name. Once you login to Dropbox go to the JotForm folder
then the form name and the submission id sub folder. This is where the uploaded
    files should be saved.

    JotForm > Send TourKick File(s) > 175607045721928042

However I noticed that the 2 existing submissions were incomplete.
The mandatory fields such as the Agree to Terms and upload file were empty.
So I tested the form myself you should see a new submission for the form.
Please take a look within your JotForm account whether the new uploaded
file with submission id 175749002125602481 was saved.

Let us know if this is not the case.

I got the submission in my Dropbox - PDF and your avatar image (.jpg). I added the required Terms checkbox after I tested the Dropbox uploading for myself. The upload file field WAS empty, which is the origin of my question. Why did my computer think it was uploaded -- and I got a PDF -- and yet the upload was blank?
