    Hi There

     

    i have a form built here for a client, but i need the form submissions to go to my client and not me. Where do i change this? I've added his email address on the bottom part of the form and i've also had him added, but it seems like i'm missing some step. Can you help me out? This is the only form on my account can you check it out? or do you need further info?

    Hello Katja

    I checked your form and you have an email notification with sh---@im---th----y.com as the recipient. Is this the email in which you wish to receive submissions?

    it is. i've just uploaded the form and it isn't forwarding the form to shane! yikes! trying not to panic... can you help?

    Hello Katja

    I checked the form and it has no submissions. I tested the form and managed to make a submission, everything seemed to work. The email address isn't in our bounce list. You can check the submissions on your account and check if it matches with the email notification.
