For example :
Dropdown 1 (Shoes Code):
F01 (red and blue)
F03( green and red)
Dropdown 2 (Colour):
How can i control when the user choose F01 for the first dropdown, the second dropdown will only show 2 options (red and blue) ? Is it possible?
Besides, what widget can I use if I wanted to generate a verification number for the user who submitted the form, so that when i am contacted by the user i can use the verification number to search for her order.

Thanks for asking. In your example, five (5) separate dropdowns would have to be created and then conditions made to show four of them depending on the choice made in the first dropdown, as demonstrated here. If you were to clone the demo and examine its conditions, you would see the following setup:
(The four dropdowns currently all labelled Colour were initially named Colour 1, Colour 2, Colour 3 and Colour 4 to avoid confusion when creating the conditions. Once satisfied that the conditions were working correctly, the labels were changed.)
It should be noted that since the four dropdowns exist on the form and are only being hidden by the conditions, if you intend to send an autoresponse to users, it would be best to enable the Hide Empty Fields on Emails feature (as is done in the demo).
If you need clarification on anything, we'd be glad to help.
Please open a new thread on the other matter (submission verification number).
