Not sure if you're aware of this, but if you restore a form to a previous version, and then click on it only once, you then lose the ability to leave that screen, as the 'X' in the upper right corner disappears. You are effectively trapped in that screen, and when you go look at your restored form, all the options that were there, are gone. This is an example of how the 'X' has gone missing from the upper right (Pls note the scroll bar does not go up any higher):

I tried to recreate it on all the major browsers but had no problems whatsoever.
May I ask which particular browser (and version) are you using when this error occurred?

I was using Chrome, and tried it in IE as well. That was after clearing cache and cookies. I'll try from a different computer and see what happens and get back with the results, while I'm at it I'll try the other problem from another machine as well and see if it makes a difference
