    Hi,

From where are you trying to display the uploaded files? Maybe creating a report and embedding it somewhere else might help? You can try the following table reports.

    http://www.jotform.com/help/209-Create-an-HTML-Table-Listing-Report

Let us know should you have further questions about this.

    Regards!

    Thanks.
I am confused about the purpose of the file upload command. Would you
please send me a link to the tutorial about the file upload command?
    Thanks.

    Hello,

After the image has been uploaded, it goes to your Jotform account.

The image can then be displayed in any number of ways on a filled-out survey as you see fit:

    1. On Email -

Follow the arrows - Add the fields with the little blue information tooltips as shown below:

    2. On a report:

Use the following guide to create appealing reports:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/187-How-to-create-a-Visual-Report-with-your-Form-Submissions

    3. On a PDF, Or Print:

    Use this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page

Here you will have more options for exporting your survey results.

I know this seems like too much, but please explore each method, then give us feedback if you need more assistance.

    Thank You.

    Confusing.
When I upload a word document, where does it go? How can I access it? YOu
say that it goes into my jotform account. I do not see any evidence of
    that.
What do I do after uploading it? What are the exact steps?
Is there one simple explanation of the function of the file upload?
    Thanks.

The upload field sends the file to our servers, under your account.

There is no list of all the uploads which have ever gone to your account.

    1. To access the uploaded file, you need to have the URL link to it.

    2. To get the URL to the file, you need to know from which form the uploaded document/image came from.

    3. By accessing the form, then you can get the file URL and access it through the various methods I outlined before.

    Does this help?

    To demostrate:

If you upload any file using your form Video Feedback Survey, you can access the files you uploaded using this link (make sure you are logged in to your Jotform account): http://jotform.com/submissions/40353649791159

Go ahead and upload a video or image using that form, and click on the link above to see where the upload is.

Let us know if you hit a bump.

It says no files to display. Obviously, I did not actually upload the
file. This is where I have problems. How do you upload a file? I've
tried to upload Word documents and it is not saved.

    Hi,

Have you submitted the form? I checked your form but couldn't find any uploaded files there. This is your file upload form: https://www.jotform.com/40353649791159, right?

I would advise to check this guides too:

    Upload Field Allowed File Types

    Changing the Upload Size Limit

    To upload a file:

    1. You have to access the form: https://www.jotform.com/40353649791159

    2. You have to select a file by clicking the upload field(s)

    3. You have to click "submit" button from the form and wait until you'll see the thank you message. When you see the thank you message, that means that the files has been successfully uploaded.

    Thanks
