I see them in the system but they are not forwarding to my email

So, it is possible that they were flagged as spam and they are in the spam folder of your email box. Please contact your email serevice provider and request them to whitelist our domain names:
We use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender.
You may also consider to white-list our Jotmail IP addresses within your email server (or ask for it to your email service provider). Read this article for more details: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
