Hi, My Jotform forms are returning to me as not unique to each individual building site. My company does site inspections and I visit the sites at different stages of the house build. Although for example the inspection may be for a footings inspection unique to that site address the jotform document continues to come to me as a concrete slab only.
What am I doing wrong and how could I get some direction to fix this?

You're right, form submissions are unique since they are assigned with unique submissions ID that is composed of a long string of numbers. It is impossible for the submission to have similar submission ID.
I suspect your are referring to making each value of the field unique, if this is the case, enable Unique Question on your form preferences. This will reject submission once the same value of a certain field has been previously submitted. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question
Let us know should you have further questions.
