I have a guest account. Can users of my form only upload 20 files?

This thread is in response to NIKNED's last question in this post.

Guest accounts are limited to 20 submissions but since your forms use multiupload buttons, any one submission can theoretically contain hundreds of uploads (although I have never tested this myself). I'm not sure if the upload space available for Guest accounts is the same as that for Free accounts though, as our Pricing page does not mention Guest account limits. Perhaps it should.

It should be noted that, unlike submissions, available upload space is not reset on a monthly basis. Therefore, you may eventually reach a stage where you will have to delete files to make room for other uploads.

Guest accounts are different from registered free accounts. A user is automatically assigned a guest account if he creates a form without registering.

Guest accounts rely on browser cookies to identify the person who created the form. Therefore, in the event that the cookie expires, access to the guest account, and the form will be lost. It can only be restored once the person registers using the exact email address used for the notification in the guest account's forms.
