Email blacklisting

    I appear to have a problem on three websites, where the recipient of the contact forms (Jotforms) seem to have been blacklisted, and are not receiving the forwarded emails.

    The sites involved are:  (email:

    A third website is suspected of emails not getting through, via another Jotform:  email: (

    Can you think of any reasons why forwarding has stopped working?


    I have had to remove the contact form completely from one site, and simply display an email address for people to use with their mail client!

    I've check your email addresses and it's not in our bounce list upon checking. Have you tried already checking your email spam/bulk folder? If not, can you please check it?

    In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names if the issue persists. (We use Amazon SES method for "" sender.)

    Please contact also your email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist.

    If the said issue, still persists, please let us know.
