    i need your help making the form i created appear on my tumblr site. for example http://zukula-m.tumblr.com/ba unlike http://tug-zwe.tumblr.com/call-ins . having you guys help me will be highly appreciated!

    hello, it doesnt appear like http://zukula-m.tumblr.com/ba . for zukula-m i was able to create a standard page and form showing on the page as you open the link. but now with http://tug-zwe.tumblr.com/call-ins  it only shows the link and i do not want to have the form showing.

     

    in short, i want to have the form appearing like the one in zukula-m.tumblr.com not like tug-zwe.tumblr.com. please help!!

    Thank you for contacting us.

    To fix the issue, click the "HTML" button on the post field and embed the code that you copied from JotForm into the HTML field.
