    Problem with the document in the resume of the forms

    Hello,

     

    I'm having problems with generating the excel document in the 'view inscriptions' page. For some unknown reason it appears a message telling me that i'm not authorized to use the resource. It's the first time that happens to me and I have been usign jotforms for a while.

    Hi,

    If possible, take a screenshot of the message and send it here so we'll know the whole details and we'll forward it to our developers so they can further check.

    Also, what is the form URL in question? Let us know so we can check and try to download it and then possibly send you the file.

    Hello, for some unknown reason, when i entered today to send you the screenshot, it seemed that everything was in order. I'm thinking that perhaps that problem could've been beacuse of the computer i was working on... Anyways, thank you for the support. If anything goes amiss again, I'll ask for you help.

    You could also trying troubleshooting by running your browser into safe mode (add-on/extensions) disabled. Also, make sure you are connected to the account.
