I am having trouble with my frorms not going to my email account I have checked and I have the right email attached to them and I see it appears to be that my server is blocking them I have contaccted the server but not sure if I need to give them all this information or what as followers

Please make sure to set the Notification E-mail Sender E-mail to "email@example.com"
I checked your form's settings and I found it set only to "Please select..."
Most e-mail service provider will usually blocked or filter out e-mail messages if the sender is not properly recognized as valid e-mail account. Check your e-mail junk or spam inbox for e-mails that were filtered.
