JotForm Mobile App: Why archived submissions are still showing in the mobile app?

When you archive a form, all of its submissions are also archived. Can you please elaborate on what is the actual problem? Which submission is not getting archived? Please let us know so we can assist you accordingly.

Any of our forms are not updating the users phone app. For example if a form is archived through the database the form is still sitting in submissions within the app

We have a form called internal work order I just archived two entries in the main database however I am still seeing them in the phone app

Ok, so you have archived two submissions on your Internal work order form but when you check the form submission via your JotForm app, those two submissions are still shown on that form. Is that correct?

Are you using the Android app or the iOS app? Have you tried updating using the latest version, re-logging and check?

Hello this is correct. I am currently using Apple Iphone.

Please try to log out and log in again in the mobile app. If this doesn't help, try to re-install the app.

I am able to replicate the issue on my end. It seems like we don't have a feature to archive submissions in the mobile app yet. I am escalating this as a feature request to our backend team.
