Form not integrating correctly with Google spreadsheet (recent issue)

Asked by canvaslitboard on February 09, 2014 at 03:43 PM

We have been experiencing an issue with jotform and google spreadshet integration. People are submitting documents, but recently their document uploads have not been showing up on the spreadsheet.

I went in and unlinke the intergration, then relinked it and it fixed the problem.

    Then, the problem started again.

We checked our email and the submissons DO include the uploaded doc. It just isn't showing up on the spreadsheet.

Also, the photo insert on this form itself doesn't seem to be working - or I would have included a screenshot.

    Please help.

Hi, thank you for reporting this to us, I have cloned your form and ran some test on my account. I was able to replicate the issue, the data appeared until I re-integrate Google Spreadsheet on my form. Seems like the integration is faulty, I have escalated this to our second level, hope is fixed soon.

There seems to be no issues regarding your spreadsheet integration when column headers are not modified. The ingtegration needs your proper column names (field labels) to be not modified whereas in the screenshot your label is modified.

Instead of modifying the column name, you can easily "resize" column width by selecting & resize it as you wish.

    Kind regards
