I have been trying to reset my password. my user name is Tomhunt88 and my email is email@example.com. The site confirms that an email has been sent but I do not receive it. Can you send it to another email address Tomhunt88@ymail.com.

It was removed from the bounce list. You may refer to our guide about How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues. It also contains instructions on whitelisting our mail servers so this issues will be prevented. Kindly let us know if you need more assistance.
