I have tried to say I cant remember my password put in the email@example.com email and nothing happens..
can you check this for me as urgent as I need to change the forms.

I checked the account with this email and it has only one form - is this the account you wish to log in?
I also checked and this email is not in our bounce list. Instructions on how to reset your password were sent to this email. Please check also your spam folder and in addition you can whitelist jotform domains:

Ok then can you help me out here I set this account with firstname.lastname@example.org and doing a form for a website I built for a company I need the forms to go to them not me how can I do this and check its working?

You can set the Notification E-mail to that of the company, instead of your e-mail account.
