I have a form which needs to be completed by all members of a traveling party. However, when there are several members of a family traveling together, such as parents with children, it can seem tedious to the parent completing the forms to enter the same address, phone, contact, payment, etc. details over and over again for themselves AND each child.
Is there a way for the mom or whoever's completing the form to clone their own form and then change only the fields which are different?

You can prepopulate another JotForm form utilizing the first forms values. This is explained on this guide: Send-POST-Data-From-JotForm-Using-PHP-in-Custom-Thank-You-Page
Alternatively, you could also add additional sections to your current form so that the user can input family members on the same form.
