I am wanting to use a form as a model release (I am a photographer). I want the client to "sign" the form.... is there a way to do this?

If by 'electronic signature' you mean an image of a real-life signature, then the answer is no. There is no way to accomplish this from within Jotform.
What you can do instead is insert a text box in your form and require your form users to type in their full name and use that field as the signature. That is how I see it done in many different website forms I have encountered, especially registration forms.
Hope you find this answer useful. Let us know if you have other queries or concerns. Thank you!

UPDATE: We have just released e-signature capturing for forms.
You can now add an e-signature question to your form and get your users to sign the forms they complete.
