I would like to automatically open the print dialog box when the form is submitted and the thank you message opens. Is that possible? If so, please tell me how.  I have tried java script tips from the net... but they are not working. Thank you.

    Thank you for contacting us.

I do not think that this is possible with our Thank You Pages since we block Javascript code to avoid possible XSS attacks.

As an alternative, you can redirect form users to your own page and add the printing functionality there.

If you would like to show the form submission data on your custom Thank You Page, you will need to enable a Post data option, and handle the data using some scripting language.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

This is a feature that would be very useful for my application... it seems like others would find this useful, too!  Would there be any way to add this capability?  If not, could someone there do this for my particular forms?

Hi, there is already a feature request to have Print option in the form's Thank You page.

I will include this thread on the feature request ticket.

For the meantime, as our colleague Mike_T had already suggested, it can be achieved at this time by redirecting the Thank You message to your own website page using the custom URL redirect.
And then use the Send Post Data option to capture the submission data. Please refer to this guide also
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

Would javascript work on another form page? In other words, if I pass the submission data to a second form, could I put the code in that second form to open the print dialog window?

You can send the information to a second form.
    Using this guide: Send-POST-Data-From-JotForm-Using-PHP-in-Custom-Thank-You-Page

I'm not quite too sure a Javascript code would work on another form, in any case getting the data to another form is possible. I would suggest to send this data to webpage instead, as suggested by my colleagues.

    Thank you.
