For this from I've created a workflow which send me an email to CONFIRM or DENY the appointment based on my availability. But before I get a chance to approve or deny the appointment, the information is already sent to the calendar as an appointment. Is there a way to perform the calendar integration AFTER the confirmation only?

    Hello,

I'm afraid this is not yet possible.

Let me escalate this as a feature request. Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured that we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.

For the meantime, directly set your availability in the appointment slot widget so that you won't approve/deny the submission anymore.

    Thank you.

    Hi @Lawnmasters & @Nayeemk,

You can achieve this using Integromat by using the email action after the approval, you send an email to a mailhook to trigger the automation, get the Jotform submission data and then create the Google Calendar event.

    I wrote a little how-to here
