    Why aren't dynamic matrix fields not showing?

    I have created a form containing dynamic matrix fields however the fields are not visible online

    Hello activesalisbury,

    If I understand your question correctly, you are taking about the Matrix Dynamique widget. Is that correct?

    Upon checking your form, I was able to see the "Matrix Dynamique" fields. Please check the screenshot below:

    Are you unable to see this field in your form or you are missing some other field. I did check your form and did not find any other matrix fields added there apart from "Martix Dynamique".

    If you are still not able to see this field, it could be a temporary delay in propagation. I have cleared your form cache as well. Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Hello yes this is the field, however if I remove the page break then the fields are visible.

     

    I need the page break as I want the user to be able to return and complete the form at a later date.

    I've tried the autofill but I need the the form to be unique to each user and I don't think auto  fill accomodates this.

    Please could you take a look at it for me

    Question 10 has the dynamic field in question.

    Hi,

    I do not think the cause of the issue is related to the page breaks. As my colleague has demonstrated, the fields of the Matrix dynamic widget appear with no issues.

    It is possible that this issue is related to a specific browser, so could you please let us know which broswer you are using to view/test your form? Try using a different browser, that may throw a different result from your side, we recommend using Chrome browser.

    Also, is your form embedded in a website? Is in the embedded version of the form where you are having issues?

    It would be very helpful if you can provide a screenshot of the issue you are having as we cannot reproduce the isse from our side. Here is a guide on how to share screenshots in our forum: How to upload and add screenshots to support forum?
