how do can I have submissions from my Contact Me form be sent to my e-mail?(Detailed)

    Hello: I just realized today that I am not receiving msgs sent via my Jotform "Contact Me" form to my email account. Has something changed in my account?

    Hello Don,

    The mail logs indicates that the email coming from JotForm is being caught by
    the mail filters of hotmail.

    Jul 7 21:07:57 monk sm-mta[16072]: p6817uWu016070: to=<doncovel@msn.com>, delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=esmtp, pri=123054, relay=mx1.hotmail.com. [65.55.37.88], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (mail from IP 174.34.48.219 soft failed sender ID check. Please ensure this IP is authorized to send mail on behalf of [msn.com])

    For whitelisting, you can whitelist the following IP addresses:

    174.34.48.214
    174.34.48.218
    174.34.48.219

    Also add to your address book @jotform.com or noreply@jotform.com
    and jotform@jotform.com if it requires a specific email address for whitelisting.
