problem with downloading CSV files???

    hello there - so i'm trying to export all entry forms with a csv fil for a client. i downloaded all pages and they ended up being all the same for some reason??? so i exported page 1 then 2 and so on. every csv file was from page 1. do you understand? i tried several times and the same thing keeps happening.

    we started a new jotform account for this client so she can access all her own forms without having to ask us for help. is there a way to export all of the entries for her forms from my account to hers? this would be the best solution to all of this.

    Hi Liza,

    Sorry but I don't quite get what your main issue is. Were you trying to download the entries on a per page basis? If yes, well, unfortunately it cannot be done. Whenever you export submissions to CSV, all the submission entries that are displayed in the main submissions area, including those in the subsequent pages (i.e, 1, 2, 3), will be consolidated onto a single file.

    However, it is possible to define the timeframe of the entries that you want to download. Click the small settings icon to bring up this drop down option:

    Then, you can download the CSV file for the partial entries by clicking the Export CSV button.

    As for your other query, there is currently no way to export entries from one account to another. I think it has already been added to our feature request lists, although I am not privy to the status of that request. I will have to confirm it first.

    In the meantime, you can advise your client to just keep a copy of the older entry data in her computer.
