I want to create a terms and conditions page that comes up after a form is submitted. The idea is that the terms have to be agreed to before the form can be submitted. any ideas on how to do this?

    You can certainly accomplish this.
    1. Add a PageBreak field to your form. It is under "Survey Tools" toolbox on the left side.
    2. Then add your terms page content using "Free Text (HTML)" field. That's under "Power Tools" toolbox on the left side.
