Does jotform need to be embeded on my website for it to have functionlity? Or can I let my subscribers access my templates on jotform.com?

Is there a way that I can download all of my form submissions in an excel friendly format? Does this need to be done for each independent submission?

    THank you!

    Hello marlon801,

No you do not have to embed your form in your website. You need to get your form's direct url and send it through an email. Here are the steps to get your form's direct URL:

    1. Load your form in editor.

    2. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab

    3. Click on "Embed Form"

Is there a way that I can download all of my form submissions in an excel friendly format? Does this need to be done for each independent submission?

Actually there are multiple options available to download your submissions in excel format:

    1. Export to excel: You can export your submission records in excel. The following guide should help you :  https://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

    2. Create excel report: You can create an excel report and the following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-create-an-Excel-Report

    3. Google spreadsheet integration: You can also integrate your form with google spreadsheet. Once your from is submitted, a copy of the submission record will also be saved in your integrated google spreadsheet. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

Hope this helps. Do get back to us if you have any question.

    Thank you!
