I just checked your account and forms, and they are all active.
Are you not able to see you forms in on your My Forms page http://www.jotform.com/myforms/
If this is what you were reporting, please try the following procedures for initial troubleshooting.
2. Close your browser
3. Open the browser
4. Login to your PriscillaF JotForm account at http://www.jotformpro.com/login
5. Go to the My Forms page and check your forms.
