    I had this finance application built for our company but it has to he https and homestead.com refered me to you all, I need to know how much it would cost and If I can set it up to look like it currently is? Please contact me asap at 785-383-9568

    Hi Dave,

    Secure form (https) can be used even when you're on the free plan though it has a lower limit than when you're on the paid plans. 10 SSL submissions limit per month for the free users and 100 for premium. Check out the pricing page for more details about limits on the different plans. https://www.jotform.com/pricing. To use https form, simply check the 'secure form' checkbox when you take your form source code or form URL.

    Regarding on the form layout, since that's a customized form, it is best to mimic that manually by taking your form source code and change the field positions. You can also do this in the form builder though we do not have a table field where you can add a different type of fields just like on your example form. Our current matrix table tool does not support multiple field types as of the moment.
