Subscription- Cancelled - but not updating

    I cancelled my premium subscription and it says it was successful but when I check my subscription it still says "premium". I just want to make sure that I don't get charge anymore since I cancel the premium subscription and went back to the free account.

    I also want to remove the credit card that I added on the file, but there no way to remove it. I can add another credit card but no place to remove the old card.
